AMI SINGH

FOUNDER & CEO

Ami Singh leads the Real Estate Development platform.  He is a seasoned developer with a diverse range of development experience from single family homes to a 1 million sq. ft. mixed-use development containing a Hi Rise Condo Tower, new commercial space and an Art Deco era Power Plant repositioned to an office.  Ami values implementing sustainable principles into each development to not only benefit the environment, but create added value for the asset to achieve greater profit upon disposition.  This philosophy started with his dissertation in graduate school and has been a guiding principal in every development.

 

He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and a BS in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning.

New ground up development of a 33-Story mixed-use tower with 100 multifamily units wrapping a 1200 car parking garage at the base of the tower. This development is tallest tower in Sacramento.

925 N La Brea*

Location: Los Angeles, CA

 

New ground up development of a 6-story mixed-use (retail/office) building, including a 15,000 SF day spa and 50,000 SF office and a 4,800 SF outdoor elevated private garden terrace.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

 

Industry defining redevelopment of a dilapidated retail and warehouse district currently in progress that is similar to the redevelopment of Culver City, CA.

  • 14 multifamily units with ground floor commercial and subterranean parking

Seaholm*

Location: Austin, TX

 

Repositioning of the historic Seaholm Power Plant building and industrial yard.  The industrial yard was transformed through ground up development of a 30-story 280-unit condo tower with 208,000 SF of retail, restaurant and office, supported by 6 levels of subterranean parking.  The Historic Seaholm Power Plant building was repositioned to Office use while maintaining the Historic features of the architecturally significant building. The development brought first Trader Joe’s to Austin, TX.
